Case studies

What we built, and the decisions behind it.

Five projects: an own product, a large business platform, a design system running on two tech stacks, notes on what AI actually does in engineering — and what stays in human hands — and an old art portal replaced while keeping its original design.

The work

Five cases, five kinds of responsibility.

Own Product

Cadensa: SaaS from idea to operations.

Multi-tenant time-tracking and business platform. One person took it from idea to a live, EU-hosted system with real payments, holding full product, technology and operational responsibility.

Case study
Business Platform

22 microservices in a shared business system.

CRM, calculators, quotes, contracts, documents, knowledge base and reports in a financial advisory platform. Anonymised client work with senior full stack and DevOps responsibility.

Case study
Design and motion system

One system, two completely different tech stacks.

Unifying WCAG contrast fixes, focus handling, and motion language across the Cadensa app and its landing page, without rewriting either codebase.

Case study
AI engineering methodology

The AI translates and executes. Decisions and verification stay human.

Cadensa is a live SaaS product since 2026-05-31, built with AI agents. Every brand and business decision, and every production-measured check, stays in human hands.

Drupal replacement

Hommage.hu: six artist websites, same design, now on mobile too.

The six sites of a Hungarian fine-art portal ran on Drupal 6, unsupported since 2016. We replaced it so that the original look stayed intact on desktop, and the sites finally became readable on phones and tablets.
